But if our inspectors missed something and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you should notify us HERE within seven days from the day you received the goods and once contacted send us a photograph please of the damaged goods. You must be responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery. You are responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty. Goods returned must be un-used since purchase, in the same condition as at the time of sale.


We ship worldwide and we give various shipping options at point of order. We cannot control the postal services delivery when the address is as per order and we do recommend, particularly for international orders, the Tracked and Signed service which also carries greater compensation for loss. Be aware international orders can take up to three weeks to deliver if you have selected the Standard service and this does not have tracking and minimal compensation if lost.

Orders from outside the UK or EU may be subject to taxes and duties when they arrive. BEETLENESS are not responsible for these charges. You are advised to research possible charges that could be imposed before placing and confirming your order. If import duties/taxes are not paid for by yourself when the shipment arrives at the destination, resulting in the order being returned to us or destroyed by customs, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or any other compensation.


Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary. Upon delivery, Users must verify the content of the delivery and report anomalies without undue delay, using the contact details provided in this document or as described in the delivery note. Users may refuse to accept the parcel if visibly damaged. Expected delivery times are specified on or during the purchasing process. Failed deliveries must be notified to us without delay.

Failed delivery.

The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the User, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier if the latter is specified by the User. If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within a reasonable time, the goods may be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the User’s expense.
